Shipping / Returns

Orders will be shipped using Gardens Direct employed drivers. If choosing Home Delivery or Garden Center pick up, expect shipping within one week of ordering. When delivering to a residence, Gardens Direct will coordinate with you to determine a delivery time. If choosing a Nonprofit partner pick up, the delivery date will be provided. All plants must be accounted for during the decided delivery or pick up times.

When choosing home delivery, a person 18 years or older must be present to sign for the material. If no one is present during the agreed upon time the plants will be returned to Gardens Direct and a refund will be given on plant material only minus a 15% restocking fee.

When choosing Garden Center pick up, you will be notified when the plants are delivered. You will then have 48 hours to collect your material or the plants will be returned to Gardens Direct. If you do not collect your material within the specified time a refund will be given minus a 15% restocking fee.

When choosing a Nonprofit partner delivery site, you will be given a time frame in which to pick up your material. Please come within the specified time frame. If you do not collect your material within the specified time a refund will be given minus a 15% restocking fee.

Return claims due to poor quality, shipping damage, or any other issue caused by Gardens Direct will be given a 100% refund. Claims due to any other reason will be given a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the recipient to immediately notify the driver or pick up site of any unsatisfactory items. Image proof of the product is required before refunds are finalized.
